Founder
Rhym Guissé
Rhym Guissé is a Los Angeles-based director, actor, and screenwriter whose work bridges the worlds of performance and filmmaking with a distinct emotional and cultural lens. A multidisciplinary storyteller, she brings a uniquely layered perspective informed by her experience both in front of and behind the camera.
Her directing credits include high-profile promotional campaigns for Disney/Hulu and Kerry Washington's series UnPrisoned S2, Vanderpump Villa, a series ‘Little Lens’ airing on Nickelodeon, and a nine-part branded series for the NBA. Rhym was a fellow in the DGA’s Commercial Directing Program in 2022. She created and hosted a podcast called Charlie's Place , a story about racial memory and resistance through the lens of a historic Black juke joint which was just released through Malcolm Gladwell's podcast company, Pushkin.
Her short film Cartes is on the film festival circuit. Rhym’s screenwriting has been a semifinalist at the Atlanta Film Festival, and a Diverse Voices official Screenplay Selection.

Executive
Kevin Howley
Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kevin Howley is a Los Angeles-based accomplished producer with over a decade of experience in film and television production. Having worked on major studio projects such as Ryan Coogler’s Creed, M. Night Shyamalan’s Split, and David O. Russell’s Silver Linings Playbook, Kevin has developed a deep understanding of the craft of filmmaking and the demands of production at every level. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.
Most recently, Kevin produced Amazon Studios’ feature film Maintenance Required and the award-winning short film Cartes, which continues to make waves on the international festival circuit. Cartes has received nominations at the Septimius Awards and the Africa Movie Academy Awards.
Drawing on his extensive on-set experience and passion for storytelling, Kevin continues to develop bold, character-driven projects that blend cinematic vision with social and emotional resonance.

Head of Development
Mackenzie Lyle
Mackenzie "Mack" Lyle is a Los Angeles-based producer and production executive with 8+ years of experience developing high-stakes projects that combine complex characters, compelling narratives, and strong commercial potential. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Syracuse University and a Master's Degree in Creative Producing from Columbia University.
After returning to Los Angeles, Mackenzie spent two years in production on commercials, music videos, and promos—where she first collaborated with Rhym Guissé. She then served as Coordinator of Development and Production at Film 45, a premium documentary company, before advancing to manage all active productions at Moxie Films, including The Trial of Alec Baldwin and the upcoming Netflix film Queen of Chess.
Her 2025 producing slate includes premium documentaries for Plan B Entertainment and Scott Free Productions. As a producing partner and development executive at Roukya Films, Mackenzie develops narrative features, television series, and multimedia projects that prioritize bold storytelling with measurable ROI.
